Our Services
Three Services, Three Stages of Readiness
Each engagement is designed to meet your organisation where it is — not to push it toward a predetermined outcome.

How We Approach Integration
All three services follow the same underlying principle: understand what exists before proposing what could change. This means we read existing systems and processes carefully, speak with the people who work within them daily, and produce written assessments before any technical decision is made.
We work with current language models and AI platforms, selecting based on your infrastructure and practical requirements rather than any preferred partnership. All decisions are documented in writing, and all deliverables remain with you when an engagement concludes.
Service 01
Stillwater Discovery
3-week engagement · RM 740
A short three-week engagement that produces a careful written brief on where AI may settle usefully within your operations. The work covers interviews with leadership and frontline staff, a measured look at existing systems, and the preparation of a brief with three or four candidate starting points. Includes a follow-up call.
Suited for firms wanting a calm first step into the topic with attention to current realities. The Discovery is frequently chosen by organisations that have heard about AI at a leadership level but have not yet taken steps to understand what it might mean for their specific operations.
Process Steps
- 01 Introductory session with leadership to establish scope and context
- 02 Structured interviews with frontline staff and operational managers
- 03 Review of existing systems, tools, and documented processes
- 04 Preparation of written brief with candidate starting points
- 05 Follow-up call to review brief and address questions
Service 02
Concentric Build
~2-month engagement · RM 1,530
A focused build engagement of approximately two months that integrates one AI capability into your existing operations. Common applications include enquiry classification, drafting standard responses, and assisting staff with retrieval across long internal archives.
The work covers solution design, model selection, integration with current tools, written documentation, and a calm handover. A measured choice for teams favouring one carefully composed layer rather than a broad transformation.
Process Steps
- 01 Scope confirmation — defining the single capability to integrate
- 02 Solution design — selecting approach and model suited to your tools
- 03 Integration build — connecting AI capability to existing workflows
- 04 Staff orientation — introducing the tool to the people who will use it
- 05 Documentation and handover — written record of the integration
Service 03
Outer-layer Stewardship
6-month arrangement · RM 1,140
A six-month stewardship arrangement designed for organisations operating AI tools who would value steady outside perspective. Includes monthly review meetings, a shared written log of decisions and observations, light vendor management support, and a written closing brief.
The role remains supportive rather than directive, intended to add a calm outside voice. Often chosen by mid-sized firms in finance, education, and professional services who have AI tools in place but lack dedicated internal expertise to review and improve them over time.
What Is Included Each Month
- Monthly review meeting (1–2 hours)
- Update to shared written decision log
- Light vendor management and contract review support
- Ad hoc questions addressed between meetings
- Written closing brief at the end of the six months
